March 5-10, 2006: Women's History: Sybil Ludington

This week we commemorate Women's History Month with a lesson plan on Sybil Ludington, a teen known as the "female Paul Revere" for the role she played in the Revolutionary War. ALSO: We recognize Newspapers-in-Education Week (March 6-10) and we highlight the work of Greg Mortenson, who is building schools for girls in Pakistan and recently reported on the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that hit the region in October.
